• Use locally grown organic produce as often as possible to reduce carbon footprint. It is usually fresher and more nutritious


• Have a wide selection of menu that includes vegan/vegetarian dishes as well as meat & fish. Also have dishes cooked without onion/garlic for those with special vegetarian diets.


• Organic chickens are free-ranging, fed on organic grass, hormone-free & antibiotic-free.


• Offer organic brown rice & noodles that are slow-digesting carbs.


• Offer quinoa & millet as a low-carb alternatives.


• Salt use in cooking are mineral rich seasalt or rocksalt.


• Sugar used in cooking and drinks are certified organic cane sugar.


• Healthy oils like extra virgin olive oil and vitamin-E carotene oil are used. No transfats.

• Have special dishes such as oat curry organic chicken instead of the traditional santan recipe.


• Use organic blackstrap molasses in fragrant curry leaf chicken sauce instead of conventional oyster sauce.


• Takeaway containers are packed in eco-friendly biodegradable packing as much as possible
